"I called to get a home owners quote just for me and was pleased to have a nice conversation with Chase. He was very knowledgeable & gathered all my information then provided me a quote within minutes. Chase was so nice & cheerful. We talked for about half hour then Chase had to take another appointment so he took my contact # and said he would get back to me within next hour. He provided his direct extension and if he wasn't available to ask for his counterpart Griffin who would be more than happy to assist me. Chase stood on his word and returned my call but missed it therefore he left me a very detailed message on my voicemail. He presented another option which was a bundle quote incl. auto which I didn't need because I'm already covered under my Mom multi policy with Geico. But I really did appreciate his time & expertise. I told him decided to stay with Allstate their rate is cheaper. Chase stated he will keep my contact information and call me next 6 months. I called Chase back but was hit/miss so I hit option to speak to someone else in the office & Griffin answered. I told him who I was & that I talked to Chase. He was aware & picked up where Chase left off. We discussed briefly my need but again rate was much higher than my current policy with Allstate. Last Chase got on the phone & he pretty much recapped everything. Overall I was very pleased & experienced excellent customer service with high professionalism and would highly recommend Chase & Griffin. Sometimes people don't call you back to follow-up but in my case I was happy Chase representing State Farm made me feel important. He was my first point of contact and greatly appreciated his time."
